History of Banknotes
The banknote was cut in half and joined during the war.
Such halved banknotes were used for political corrupt purposes.
Voters would receive half a banknote from a politician before the election,
if a politician won an election he would give voters the other half of the banknote.
A corrupt voter put together a banknote and spent it as he wished.
Everyone knew where such a banknote came from,
but no one cared because there were a lot of such banknotes on the market at the time of the election.
This banknote is extremely rare because such banknotes were destroyed when they came to the State Treasury.
