Fairy Princess is a composition
Madame Alexander
doll.
She is 18" tall, and from circa 1942.
Mohair wig has been pinned into a short style.
Blue sleep eyes work properly and have all their eyelashes.
Composition is in good condition, with no visible crazing, but there are paint rubs at arm and leg joints.
Fairy Princess is wearing a tagged beige dress with lace on the sleeves and trim at the waist and hem.
There are stains on the bottom of the dress, and tiny holes in the back.
Attached half slip and panties are pale gray.
Shoes are gold with a side snap. Right shoe is missing part of the sole. Snaps are difficult to open.
Nylon socks are white.
A very pretty vintage doll!
