Vintage Antique Tiny Composition Baby doll Beautiful Germany?

Description

This is a beautiful little porcelain bisque or a ceramic doll not really sure what it’s made of. It’s only about 5 inches long. It’s a really whitish colored ceramic. It looks like it’s hand-painted. I don’t see any markings on it check out the pics period of 5 inches is the length of just a doll the dress is obviously longer than that.
The legs are kind of loose as well as the arms. The dress is sewn on so it’s attached to the top of the doll and I can’t take it off
